Isaac Cameron
Isaac has over a decade of experience in strategic relationship building, public policy, and political strategy. As Principal at Alaya Strategies, he helps clients successfully navigate through complex issues, high-leverage negotiations, and large-scale efforts to advance equity and social justice.
Isaac’s experience includes corporate law, management consulting, and executive leadership at multiple organizations advancing justice from New England to the Pacific Northwest. He has led and managed national initiatives, projects, and investment campaigns aimed at addressing systemic inequities and improving the well-being and prosperity of marginalized communities.
Isaac earned his B.A. from Amherst College and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Margaret Duñgo
Margaret has nearly a decade of experience advancing equity in public policy and legal settings. As an advisor, she helps clients successfully manage large-scale advocacy initiatives, public policy issues, public relations, and strategic communications.
A longtime champion for equal justice, Margaret began her career as an attorney fighting against wage theft, abuse, and discrimination in the workplace. Her background includes representing the civil and constitutional rights of individuals and class actions.
Raised in the greater Seattle area, Margaret earned her B.A. with honors from the University of Washington, and her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law.
